We try to be honest and upfront. When we agree upon a date, we do our damnedest to get the project done on that date. 95% of the time, we’re right on schedule, or early. The quality of our work is unparalleled, especially in such a dishonest industry.
We’ve had clients for over two years. They’ve stuck with us through thick and thin. We’ve had new clients treat us with the utmost respect.
But we’ve been burned for the last time. We ask for a 25% deposit in good faith of our clients. However, that 25% does not begin to cover the costs of the time and effort and manpower that go into our projects.
So when we have the project finished and on hand on due date, and the client fails to respond, then we’re basically f*cked.
All new projects will require a 50% deposit from now on.
